Hello, Cliff -

Apparently the Luvabella dolls are manufactured and sold by Spin Master. This is the link to the Spin Master Contact Us page:

If you click or tap on the Customer Support "button", you can fill in a form which can be sent as an email. Or, if you click or tap on the Customer Service link, with the telephone receiver icon, you can find the Customer Care telephone number to call. Or, the Contact link, will display links for countries worldwide.

I did not see your problem described in the instructions for the Luvabella doll,
therefore, I think you need to contact Spin Master directly and ask about the problem you are experiencing.

Best wishes.

Hello, Catherine -

Through the Bontempi website
(home page: )
and much 'looking about", I believe I found the manual you seek.

It is the manual for models 14 3340 / 14 3341 / 14 3342 / 14 3343 / 14 3344.

It is a PDF document. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader (free software) installed on your computer, you will need that first:
The link to download the software so you can install it is at the bottom of the web page.

Best wishes.
