Hello you will have too sent email to facebook support and they will reset and sent you info on your email. That is the only way if you can't fix when forgot password when signing onto facebook.

Go to this website and download and run this, to fix your problems, it is free too use Glary Utilities Glarysoft

Then ask pumpchkin for password or get you a password getter program.

You have to log into the website on the card and setup and account with norton and use the key to download your norton.

remove your browser, and install a fresh one.
mozilla firefox is much harder to hijack.

Have you considered using the FREE Microsoft Security Essentials software? Download it from Microsoft. Its as good as all the others and its microsoft.

Go to the Norton account Forgot Your Password page.

Type in the email address that you used to purchase or create your Norton account.

Click Continue.
