Can I use tap water in norelco trave l iron for steam
Yes, but you need to clean the scale out of it periodically or it will plug up. You can use some white vinegar in place of water. Let it heat, circulate some steam and let cool and sit. Then warm up and run the rest through. Flush with water after to remove vinegar.

If you know how to solder, it's easy to replace the rechargeable
battery in the Norelco T7500 shaver, thanks its beautiful mechanical
design: You just remove the single screw at the bottom, and the entire
charging circuit board & battery simply slides out, still attached to the
shaver by a folded ribbon cable! Then, you just pop off the plastic shields, unsolder the battery, and solder in a new AA 1.2V NiCd solder-tail battery. Or, you can use a higher-capacity AA NiMH battery for a longer run-time, at the expense of fewer recharge cycles for NiMH.In either case, dispose of old NiCd batteries properly: They contain cadmium, which is an environmental poison!
