Nordictrack Audiorider R400 Exercise Bike. Where do I plug in the power adapter please?
Question edited for a lot more clarity.
Question moved from 'Power Computers' to a better category.
The manual is dreadfully vague
Note: The Console (4) can be operated with an optional power supply instead of batteries. To purchase a power supply, call the toll-free telephone number on the front cover of this manual.
Plug one end of the power supply into the jack at the front of the exercise cycle. Plug the other end of the power supply into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
Look on both sides of the console and also at the front of the bike itself. I have to say though, if the console didn't work with batteries, it is unlikely to work with a power supply. It is broken and that is why it didn't work with batteries.
What you could do is follow the wiring harness as shown in the parts manual from the console down and where it branches off to..
Aha, I found this
Exercise Equipment Technician:
treadmilltech
It should plug in at the bottom of the front where the 2 side shields come together or it will go into the console itself in the back.

How do I set time.? No manual, remote does not work.
- Buttons on the Device: Look for any buttons on the device itself. Sometimes, there are buttons that allow you to navigate through menus and adjust settings directly on the device.
- Trial and Error: Try pressing different buttons on the device to see if any of them bring up a menu for setting the time. Look for buttons labeled "Menu," "Setup," "Clock," or similar.
- Long Press: Sometimes, pressing and holding certain buttons on the device can activate different functions. Try pressing and holding various buttons to see if it triggers a menu for setting the time.
- Google Search: If you know the model number of your Ultech device, try searching online for the manual. Many manuals are available for download from manufacturer websites or other online sources.
- Contact Manufacturer: If you're unable to find the manual online or if you're still having trouble setting the time, try reaching out to Ultech's customer support. They may be able to provide you with guidance on how to set the time on your device.
- Replace Remote Batteries: If the remote isn't working, try replacing the batteries. Sometimes, a non-functional remote can be as simple as dead batteries.

Skmei watch 1163- Daylight savings time- how to set
To set the Daylight Savings Time on your SKMEI 1163 watch, first press and hold the "MODE" button for approximately three seconds until the "SET" mode appears. Then, press the "MODE" button again until you reach the "DST" mode. Use the "ALARM ON/OFF" button to toggle between "ON" and "OFF" for Daylight Savings Time. Once you have set your desired option, press the "MODE" button again to confirm and exit the setting mode. Your watch should now display the correct time, accounting for Daylight Savings Time.

Bottom of watch by second hand....what is symbol
You've probably heard people go on and on about the "sweep" or talk about how top quality watches don't make that tell-tale "tick-tock." For all intents and purposes, these people are right. When you pick up a Cartier or Chopard, the tiny hand measuring the passage of seconds glides effortlessly, like a toothless hockey player. In actuality, all wristwatches tick-tock. However, in a true quality watch, the internal mechanism (the movement) is so finely tuned and so well constructed, that these ticks happen as often as nine times a second, producing a flawless sweep. This is the difference between a five-dollar movement and a movement costing hundreds of dollars.
