How to open restricted web sites by administrator

Launch Internet Explorer. Find whether the website you are trying to access is on the restricted websites list.

Remove the restriction by clicking "Remove" and then click "Close" and "OK."

Open the "Tools" menu and then select "Internet Options." Next select the "Security tab" and then "Sites.

Create the menu tab on your homepage right click in the top toolbar you should see a number of toolbar options select the menu tab which will add File Edit View Favourites Tools and Help

Select the site that needs to be unblocked.

You may choose multiple websites at a time.

Refresh the page by hitting the refresh icon shown in the Internet Explorer or simply Press F5 in your keyboard. You should now be able to access restricted websites.

Blocking Websites on Windows XP

Launch Internet Explorer. Find whether the website you are trying to access is on the restricted websites list.

Access the "Tools" menu and then go to "Internet Options." Click on the "Security tab," and then click "Sites." Next, click "Add."

Type in the URL of the website you wish to block. You may type in more than one web address at a time.

Click "Close" and then "OK" once you have typed in the websites you wish to block. Refresh the page by hitting the refresh icon shown in the Internet Explorer or simply Press F5 in your keyboard.

You most likely need the drivers for the audio device. These would have come on a CD with the computer when it was new. You may be able to download audio drivers from the computer manufacturer's website if you have the model number of the computer... or from the motherboard manufacturer's website if you have the model of the motherboard. If there is a sound-card that you are plugging into, you would need to go to the sound card manufacturer's website to download the drivers for that model of sound card. The model number and manufacturer of the sound card will be either etched on the board or there will be a sticker. Since this is most likely an obsolete PC using obsolete software and an obsolete sound card, finding the drivers may be near impossible without the original install CDs that came with the computer or sound card.
