If you are on a pre paid this sounds likely. I think you may find that as you have not used the phone there is a time frame that you loose your number this then makes the sim useless. Yes even with pre paid I do not get it either. You need to organise a new phone number they will then send a new sim. Let me know how you go. Regards Craig
