What kind of vacuum is this? If it is a pushbutton switch you may need to replace the switch.

Nilfisk Extreme 300 does not

The Nilfisk X300 has a battery in the handle piece it would be worth simply replacing the battery. If that does not solve it you may need a new Nilfisk X300 Handle. It is possible that it is the receiver i teh machine but to be honest these are a pretty hard machine to work on and the circuit boards are all interconnected, this is a repair for an experienced player.

Cable will not retract

If you are having problems with a NIlfisk King cord reel it will either be that the cord is simply dislodged or the retract could be faulty. I have made a video showing how to pull it apart which could be used as a reference to diagnose the issue. If you need a new retract we have these available online as well, the part number is 22352606 Nilfisk King Cord Rewind
