The video controller circuit may be going sourer. The replacement could be more expensive than a replacement monitor.

More likely to have dying power supply due to bad DC filter caps, that will be the first palce to look.
As you can see in my albums full of failed monitors due to bad caps.

Or www.digikey.com, just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current and long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series. Please post back what you find. your contrast adjustment is adjusted to high.

the problem occured in picture tube...change that

By your description, you have a defective LCD. LCDs should have no linear distinctions and at best yours is having a problem with the inverter/cabling.

Reseat the cables, if using an adapter, see if you can try without one. Try a different video source. If issue remains, then have LCD serviced under warranty.

this is easy these are bad moniters and are okay when you normal one blows up this is a known glitch with the series but of course im not going to be one of those critizisers that do not offer a resolution which leads me to the answear the resolution to remove it change the resolution if your using windows go to star>controlpanel>displays>resolution change it you might have to do it a couple of times and its not a full fix but its the only one
