How can i find my bios?
Try powering off the machine then turning it back on. When it comes back on, immediately press the key to access your BIOS settings (it should be on the startup screen, if not try the F2, DEL, or ESC buttons)

No display when turned on
if you recently turn on the laptop but the screen doesn't show up not even a just a white screen then probably the power connection of the screen is broken, if just a white screen and no other display then you have a broken flex, a ribbon cable, other posibilities is that you might have a busted laptop. try removing the battery and plug directly to your power cable, long press the power button until you see led light turning on,. if your still not sure, you better bring it to a techinician, or to the store were you bought it if it still has the warranty.

Will have to press F2 or F12 etc constantly as soon as the power on is pressed. When you power on you will see a short message flashed at the bottom of screen "Prese Fx key to enter setup". You will have to record this key name and then press it when you power on again.
This should take you to BIOS. But going to BIOS may not help if you are getting a frozen display in Windows. You may have to press F8 to see how far the windows boot up is going. It is very likely a problem with the Windows setup. With F8 you can start the windows diagnostics sequence and recover the previous version. This might overcome the problem.

Install camera neo m74s
Marjorie,
All I can tell you is to read the installation instructions that came with the camera.
Most often, you will find that the drivers, located on the manufacture's cd, have to be installed before you actually plug the camera into a USB port.
I hope this helps.
