There could be a fault in the lower oven , or it could be overloading the circuit. add the watts of the two elements and divide by line voltage, this will give amps , now check the fuse rating amps , it must be higher than the oven. If that checks out ok the fault is in the oven.

We have a similar Neff Oven - it is a child proof lock that you have activated. To deactivate - turn the left hand dial that selects the mode of cooking - three times to the left and back (turn it from 12 oclock to 11 oclock and back) in quick succession.

In general it is a pain in the rear to do this if you are not familiar with this little trick.

Did you get an answer to this because we have the same problem. We had it fixed by NEFF a few years back and cost £100 - we are now being quoted even more

The difference is simple. The B58VT64N0 is made of black stainless steel and the B58VT68N0 is made of regular stainless steel. All other specs for the ovens are identical.

there are many de-greasers out there, or even lemon juice if you want a natural, food-safe chemical-free option.... for particularly bad build-up you could use paint stripper which is fine to use on enamel. good old fashioned elbow grease with a scourer and strong solution of washing-up liquid will do it, but be patient.

You need to replace the oven door hinges.
