I have an NEC 400 phone and I need to change the Master Directory Greeting that comes on if no one answers the phone, with the correct ext numbers & delete the former extensions of former employees.

On an NEC sl1100 I have 2 phones that when any one of my 4 trunks ring and I pickup the handset I have to press the line button before it pickup up that ringing line.

NEC 22 phone system with 4 incoming lines, lines 1 through 3 are voice lines, line 4 is a fax/internet line. Would like to program so line 4 does not ring for incoming fax call.
