Why has the phone reversed, dial tone works only when phone is hung up why?
If I understand you correctly, when you leave the handset in the cradle and press a line, you can hear the dial tone. But, if you lift the handset and then select a line you don't hear anything through the headset. If this is correct, I suspect the handset is damaged, the cord is damaged, or if you're lucky, the clips may not be plugged all the way in on both sides. If you have another phone that is the same, you can switch handsets to test this theory.
Change the bulb on NCE v260X and I still have white snow flake when I turn it on
Have you adjusted the contrast and Keystone. A new bulb should be plenty bright. Maybe clean the lens. There is in some types of Projectors a color wheel inside this can become dusty. But not often if you keep the filters in place and clean them. This could cause a snowy picture as well. Hard to say without actually seeing the picture to say what the issue could be. But these are some of the stronger possiabilities.
NEC GMS08N speakers hum
I had the same problem. Be careful not to use a stereo 3.5 mm to stereo 3.5 mm cable (same at both ends); and do not plug it from your computer output into the speaker 3.5 mm "out" as it is will transfer the sound but seems to cause feedback. It is tempting to do as this looks like how it should be wired - similar to most other speakers. But it says "out" not "input" on the speaker. My motherboard burned out - for some reason... I hope not because of this, but maybe. Use the stereo 3.5 mm to RCA/phono "line in" cable as others described on this site. I'm not really sure what the extra 3.5 mm "out" socket (next to the L speaker output) is for - maybe to connect more speakers?
