Your statement indicates'there is a fan issue'. It may just require cleaning but may need replacing. Nothing to do with the lamp, unless it has overheated and also needs replacing.

In some such equipment, there could be a problem of overheating of some component or assembly and due to overheating, there might be some sensor which is as a safety measure keeping the equipment off. I had seen some such equipment which stopped working when overheated but worked again when the temperature was normal. My experience belongs to the time when there was nothing like shutdown and we had to manually off the overhead projectors. Anyway, one can check for excessive heating at places and then doubt a particular part of the projector which may require replacement.

If the red light at the top of your phone is blinking it can mean three things: You have a voicemail, in which case you need to press VM at the top of your phone and listen to each message. You have a message waiting request. In this case you should see MW on the display of your phone. https://www.nationalcommunications.com/kb/
