It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size
Error e-20. Doesn´t Work anything related to the Cd Players.
The system may need to reset. Unplugged the amp from the power source completely and let it rest for at least 5 minutes.
The illumination can only be controlled from the main remote. Adjust the prongs inside the remote and this should fix the issue.

How do I connect a turntable to my nakamichi av-8?
This model does not seem to have a dedicated phono socket on the back. But you can connect it to the AUX socket. However in order to get any volume out of the deck. You will need to pass it through a magnetic cartridge pre-amp first. You should be able to pick one up at places such as Amazon. You plug the deck leads into the pre-amp and then the out leads into the aux socket of the av-8.
