Your EJ is your electronic journal of transactions on an electronic cash register. The clearing of this "error message" probably depends upon the machine and probably means tracking down a user manual for that register. So, you would need the brand and model number to search for a user manual. Even if you choose to post the question at a consumer electronics "answer site", you will need to supply that basic information. Google "brand model number cash register user manual" supplying the actual brand and model number. Or, go to the manufacturers site and conduct a search on that site.

There is no "one command for all cash register brands."

Here are concepts about Email Marketing which i have studied....
1) Sent Mail - The numbers of emails (generally unique email address) that were sent.
2) Delivered is a count of emails that made their way into the recipient inbox.
3) Delivery Rate - It is calculated as Emails Delivered divided by Emails sent, expressed as a percentage is Email Delivery Rate. Delivery Rate measure the quality of your email list, goal is to have 100% delivery rate, but I can guarantee that it is not going to happen.
4) Bounce - An email is considered a bounce when it cannot be delivered to the intended email address. There are two types of bounces - Hard Bounce and Soft Bounce. Hard bounce generally means that the email address is wrong or no longer exists. Soft Bounce generally means that the addresses exists but either the inbox is full or is having temporary issues, the message is too large to deliver etc.
5) Unique Click counts the number of unique recipients who clicked on one or more clicks
6) Unsubscribes Rate is calculated as Unsubscribes divided by Delivered and is expressed as a percentage
7) Number of email subscribers who have marked your emails as Spam.
8) Number of emails complaints divided by total emails delivered, express as a percentage.

Reset your Windows 10 local account password
  1. Select the Reset password link on the sign-in screen. If you use a PIN instead, see PIN sign-in issues. If you're using a work device that's on a network, you may not see an option to reset your password or PIN. ...
  2. Answer your security questions.
  3. Enter a new password.
  4. Sign in as usual with the new password.
    • If you forgot your Windows 10 password, the easiest way to get back into your account is to reset the password for your Microsoft account. You'll need internet access, but it's the usual way to sign in, and it allows access to services like Outlook and Skype. If you can't sign in that way, you'll need to use a local account. A local account signs you in on your device offline, and doesn't link to your other devices.
    • Reset local account password for Windows 10, version 1803 and beyond
    • If you added security questions when you set up your local account for Windows 10, then you have at least version 1803 and you can answer security questions to sign back in.
    • After you've entered an incorrect password:
      • Select the Reset password link on the sign-in screen. If you use a PIN instead, see PIN sign-in issues. If you're using a work device that's on a network, you may not see an option to reset your password or PIN. In that case, contact your administrator.
      • Answer your security questions.
      • Enter a new password.
      • Sign in as usual with the new password.
    • Reset local account password for Windows 10, before version 1803
    • For versions of Windows 10 earlier than 1803, local account passwords can't be reset because there are no security questions. You can reset your device to choose a new password, however this option will permanently delete your data, programs, and settings. If you've backed up your files you'll be able to restore your deleted files. For more information, see Recovery options in Windows 10.
    • To reset your device, which will delete data, programs, and settings:
      • Press the Shift key while you select the Power button > Restart in the lower-right corner of the screen.
      • On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
      • Select Remove everything.

I'd like to try and help.
When you have your iPhone 3GS plugged into iTunes, try to right click on the iPhone under Devices. There should be a drop down menu that has Transfer Purchases as an option. That will move the ringtone files to your computer.
If that does not work, please visit to contact support and get your purchase back.
