Sorry to hear. If you entered a security code at setup they will never be able to use the camera again. They will only see what is on your SD card

I put a new sd card in it and its saying card full
I called Moultrie service earlier. My nite pics are non-existent. They recommended a new SD card,which might help you. Rec: Sandisk. Avoid " Ultra, High Speed,Dmpina, Mini, Micro, PNY, Max Flash, Extra flash, and Premium. The number @ Moultrie:800-653-3334. Good luck.
