There have been at least 2 different versions of the 7590C... on one version there's a plug on the 'back' (180 degrees from the handle) that covers a horizontal set screw, and on another version there's a cap on top that pries off and covers a vertical mounting screw. Under the sink you will find 2 knobs, 1 on the left is hot and 1 on the right is cold. By reducing the amount of pressure is to turn them right for more and left for less.
