Hi, both power light and status light a solid red with no response to any buttons indicates the bulb timer has expired. You need to reset the timer by pressing and holding the left arrow key, the right arrow key and the power button all at the same time for a few seconds.

If there are no problems, the projector will fire up, but you must replace the bulb as it will fail soon and perhaps explode when it does.

Get online and go to Mitsubishi.com and download it from there.

Have you used a genuine replacement lamp? There are some clones coming from oriental sources that do not accurately match the specifications of the original, and it's possible this may be the cause of the problem... Was the old lamp still working when replaced? If so, reinstall it teporarily and see if the problem has gone. If so, it's the new lamp that's the cause of it

Sounds like the lamp. The only way to really check it is to either put a new bulb in or put the old bulb in a different projector. Neither of which probably help you at this point. But, it does sound like the lamp is blown.
