Can't get VGA adapter to
If the TV has a VGA input it should work by simply striking the function key and the crt or monitor function **** on your f keys listed in blue.

It sounds like you have been infected by a virus, or malware.
The first thing I would try is to run malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org and see what it finds. It will clean up a good bit of malware.

Unable to get parallel port
After you have hooked the drive to your computer you need to go to the manufacturers website and download a driver to make it recognizable to your computer.
Wireless dongle won't connect to
Make sure everything is compatible for the type of wireless network you are using g/b/n and you are using the correct radio frequency. Also make sure you are using the correct wifi dongle for the make of your TV. From what I recall I do remember some of them being proprietary because the TV will have to have pre-loaded drivers for the wireless dongle.

Try attaching an external monitor to the laptop & see if you could get any display on it. If this is successful, then you might have either a faulty LCD cable or screen inverter board.
The
LCD cable transfers data signal from the motherboard & video card
to the LCD screen. It also supplies high voltage DC power to the screen
inverter board. The screen inverter board works as a power supply for
the backlight lamp mounted inside the LCD screen. It converts low
voltage DC power to high voltage AC power needed for the backlight lamp.

If this is a crt(Cathod Ray Tube) monitor the older they get they sometimes take a little longer to warm up and get to a display.
