These taillights are LEDs, not bulbs. This appears to be a common problem with these cars.The simplest choice is to replace the taillight. Unfortunately, the unit costs over $400 from a dealer.You might be able to find a used one on eBay or a junkyard, but those are also expensive because they are in demand.If you're handy and adventurous, you might try disassembling the light. Inside you'll find a circuit board that distributes power to the LEDs. I believe the problem with many of these lights is a poor connection to the board. The clip on connector that attaches to the board doesn't seem to be tight.Good luck.

Replacing the whole lot would be a quick fix, but if you got water in it, it will take a few flushes to get it all out. You may also have internal electric solenoids that have shorted out. Diagnostics with a pro grade scan tool computer can diagnose this.

replace radiator, the trany cooler which is part of radiator is leaking inside radiator, flush cooling system after replacing rad, also i would flush trany also to be 100% sure that theres no coolant in that oil, hope this is helpful,

LOTS OF CAUSE, FOR SURE. not replacing lost coolant , makes this worse. only on cool down (time waited) engine , RAd CAP OFF FILL IT TO THE TOP AFTER DOING THE RECOVERY SIDE BOTTLE 1/2 FULL. the causes are huge. and well known for 10o years. endless examples to read online or in books. an new rad caps is dirty cheap and fast, and is too old now. 1: running pure water not 50% AF antifreeze, it has 260f boil protection not just freeze . 2: thermostat bad, no 1997 stat is any good now, ever. or put in wrong for example backards or the bleed hole indexted wrong (up hill is bingo) 3: air in the system not burped out. see RAD cap off in my preamble. 4: leaks in hoses, (any coolant) to ground to heater core down. 5: leaks RAD or in heater coil, passenger has wet feet?) 6: leaks in the engine we pressure test it at RAD cap ( a tool) 7: water pump leaks or impeller rusted nothing or to lettel left. 8: head warped gasket now ba but is #6 said a different way. 9: rad PACKed full or bugs or same to front AC condenser core. 10 fan belts loose or even missing, or shreaded, to junk. 11:electric fans even 3 of them some dead. (any) 12;see steam cloud at rear tail pipe, see #8 13, intake manifold gasket leaking, coolant to ground or 2 the enigine oil pan.but is #6 again just told a new way.

MELON or MILAN/ no melons or lemons in USA< LOL no engine told at all and is and engine pure questions. I am sure you meant PCV (it is loop vent system with 3 or 4 parts 2.5L L4 ELECTRIC/GAS 3.0L V6 2.5L L4 one of those? seen on rockauto. the 1st too pcv just snap on to the cover. and 1 hose. the v6 has 1 electric PCV, oddly yes. and screws on. the service manual covers , where and how both for each engine, covered. I'm too lazy to read all 3 engines online, so stop.

The V8 4.6 liter takes 6 quarts with oil filter change.So you'll need to buy 7.

Do you have a fuse box under the hood on the drivers side fenderwell ?

below it or above. what is the job , what is wrong or what is reason to ask this pull the tank, the service manual covers by job. pull tank pull pump etc. Tank quote: "On 1989-92 models the exhaust pipe and exhaust shields must be removed from the car first, refer to Engine section for proper removal and installation procedures" so now we know it is an exhaust shield. most are simple nut/ bolts some are spot welded. or using rivets just look and see what is there., if one does not come off,remove the whole section of EXH pipe. a car this old may have had 3 exhaust systems there in 30 year. that is all I can do blind. no photo posted of it.

look under the hood in fuse box. and check fuses first not relays. and here is no relay. btw so the starter motor is dead no GRRRREGRRRRR sounds/? jumper cable starts dead too? or not. no there is no relay does it crank in Neutral?
