My Icemaker won't keep the ice once it makes it
What make and model of ice maker do you have?
Is the unit making ice? If so, about how much?
Most commercial bin type ice makers are not engineered to maintain the ice once it drops into the bin. Older ice is intended to melt and the water should drain out of the bin as new ice is deposited on top.
It may be that you are consuming ice at a rate greater than the unit is designed to produce ice, or that the unit is not set to the highest ice production rate (if adjustable).
Alternatively, if the inside of the bin is hot (warm) you may have another problem with the unit (e.g., gasket leak). Was the unit previously working? If so, are you aware of any events that took place just prior to the change?
Some units have a defrost or a cleaning mode, which will actually generate heat inside the unit. Make sure the unit is set to the correct mode.

Some times make ice on
one of the plate/s is/are loose on the condenser and the ice is freezing behind the plate and is not releasing during the harvest cycle. Solution with a rubber mallet knock the plate/s back or if loose enough pull out completely, you will just have longer cubes of ice. Hope this helps Tim

Water over flowing even after replacing water
Water valve is the only thing I can think of with the water level switch already being replaced. The water valve must not be cutting off completely, allowing water to continue flowing. They get trash in them and the diaphragm get weak.
Hello
How can I disassemble my
Why do you need to dismantle this? Some of these types of cooler do not have replaceable parts inside. They are usually classed as a "Throw away" machine. It is often easier and cheaper to replace it than repair it.
