Have you tried unplugging it for 5 min's to see if it resets?

Sounds like slow Freon leak. You might get an estimate over the phone before calling a technician, but I would think a 3-year old box is worth repairing. If the estimate is close to the replacement cost, that might not be the case.

There's a bulb behind it. You may have to figure out how to remove the plastic in front of the knob. If the knob is facing you, try pulling it off the shaft to get to the bulb and replace it.

Your oven has a plug or is wired to a 120volt line. Check this. You may need to Reset circuit breaker.

Sounds like the ON Button has shorted out. If you have a VOM, run a continuity test.
