Battery terminals corroded

Go to Radioshack and buy DEOXIT.. its made to clean oxidation (corrosion) and is electronic safe. If the corrosion (oxidation) didnt leak into the circuit board this will allow you to get proper contact again

My microphones don't connect to

hey all, althought the manual says to hold down '0' along with the power button, which didt work.

For me it worked by holding '2' then turning on the mic (pressing the power button).

So try all the numbers.

Nand id:err when turn mic on with 5 solid colors

A Nand error is a firmware error, which means your microphone has had a stroke in its electronic brain. No downloadable updates seem to be available, so I am afraid returning for service or replacement is my best solution.

I hope that helps.

We have too much echo is there some way to get rid

It depends on how close your mics are to your speakers that might be causing those feed backs.

Try and get your mics away from the speakers i think it will solve your problem.

If the problem still persists, get a mixer and an equalizer.that will help too.
