Logon with the account that you made the mistake on, go into the settings for that account and change it. Or you can logon and go to settings and delete it and try the whole thing over again

Because Dish network franchises are just that, he most likely would have paid either by cash or by a check to the local company.
We do not know where that is, but I would ask you to begin finding out by asking your neighbors, or anyone in your local bank, or church, or at any of your town's government offices, or a public library.
