Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999

You can obtain a copy of your user manual by locating the FCCID on the label directly on the device, then then going to the FCC Website - https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm
Be sure to put the first three characters in the first box and the rest (including hyphens) in the second box.

I was able to use myBluetooth Headset on Windows 7 by installing the drivers found in this link: http://blog.komeil.com/2009/05/installing-bluetooth-headset-in-windows.html
Good luck! It took me about a week to find the solution.

If you did not yet set up a personal passcode for the blue tooth it should be 0000 or however zeros it may be. Im not exactly sure.

Yeah for every headset its 0000

The headset wouldn't connect so we deleted it. Then went back and tried to pair it again. And it wont flash blue and red, just blue.

Press and hold the button 10 sec, lighting? then search in phone.

8. Locate “8860” from the list of available devices and press X on its icon to be prompted for a Pass Key

9. Enter 0000 (four zeros) as the Pass Key and press X on OK

10. You should then be taken to a new screen stating: “Register completed”
