Your mp3 player only plays mp3s. If you have mp3 files of books, then just use Windows Media Player's synch option, or manually move the files to your device in an explorer window.

Well I called the same number and I told the guy that it stop working and that I bought this player about a month and a half ago. So as he's telling me to plug it into the computer he hangs up on me. So ok, I thought it was my phone ...I called back twice and it gave me a busy signal. So he did indeed hang up on me. What a f!*king **** and this company. I want my money back.

do you have max 1gb stick installed.. its max 4 gb @ max 1 gb per slot?

try using a file converter, convert the files to a supported format (like AMV or 3GP) on your computer and then download the converted file to your MP4 player, you may need to look at the manual that usually comes with it to see what movie file format it supports.

It could be overheating. After it shuts down, restart it, and enter BIOS SETUP, and look for a "PC Health" or "Status" entry on the menu. If you're lucky, it will report the current CPU temperature, and the speed of the fans, and the settable temperature at which it will shut itself down.

you really need to get a new cpu cooler then. the fact that you havent had complete meltdown yet is a little surprising. make sure that when you DO get a new one, you use a high quality heat compound and FOLLOW package instructions. make sure there is plenty of ventilation as well.

There could be a bios issue when supporting a dual core cpu.
You should read the manual carefully before you continue.

test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty ?

even something as small as an electrical extension or a faulty fan lead can cause this problem computer needs all of the data and power to travel through every working device and to have an end for a computer to be able work properly

a motherboard and a hard drive any leads between them will fail before your motherboard or your hard drive check all electrical extensions make sure they are securely seated even the cd/dvd drives need to have current go through make sure these devices are working

also check your computer ram and cmos battery to make sure they are securely seated
