from the merlin phone pick up the phone for a dial tone then hit *33 and it will say "forward to:" then dial 9 + 1 + area code + phone number.

To undo the forwarding follow same procedure but when it says "forward to:" enter your merlin extension number.

have your phone provider test your nid/dmarc, this don't work phone needs servicing!

Have you tried this ...In ASA, enter the command ch sta xxxx.Select tab 2In the second column of features , you will see "Auto Answer". This should be set to "none".Good Luck!

agent Voicemail box says it is almost full but only has 4 saved messages? Any thoughts or suggestions?
