I use an Alcalel Lucent 4029 phone in the office. For some reason i'm not sure about lifting up the receiver does not enable the phone. I still need to use the engage the speaker mode. please help

When you push the line where the call is parked, you should already have the reciever in your hand. If you need to put the call on speaker and you have the reciever in hand, just push the speaker button.
