Go to the logitech website and download the appropriate drivers. They have all of the drivers there.

Yes this is a battery problem, but having it replace is not easy to do and it very hard to find a replacemnet battery for that unit since its a Proprietary Lithium Battery that only Logitech has it. So the only way to have the battery replace is to take it to a Logitech service center on your area to avoid further problem on it.
But by the way before you to take it to a service center try to connect first the camera to a different USB port on your computer probably the back USB poirt or better try to connect it on a different computer because sometimes its a low USB port port that might be causing the problem. But after you tried that and still same problem now continue with the battery replacement from a service center.

What type or model numer of camera do you have?

dude, i got the same problem, then, trying to fix it, i got it working doing this: i pluged it in usb, when it first 'showed signs of life' i pressed the button that actually takes pictures and it then blinked and the battery metter started showing the 'recharging' signal (the battery metter symbol "becomes alive"... recharging, u know...¬¬' ) i wish i could explain this better. i hope i could solve YOUR problem too.

There isnt any switch for it, just put in the battery for recharge in the right direction.

i tooked out my plug to the computer and the put it back and then updated the driver and then it said that every thing was fine thanks any way
