Logitech Radio Communications - Answered Questions & Fixed Issues
Hello guys, im new in here. I have a anoying
I am not sure if this is your problem but I have had similar problems around microwave ovens, especially if they are older. We had some 2.4 GHz phones that would drop right off if the microwave was turned on and the phones were near it. Newer microwaves have better RF seals around the doors, but as the microwave ages, the seals get less effective. There are other devices that may cause your problem as well, so look around you and make note of where you are and what is in operation around you. You will probably find it is something like that that's effecting your blue tooth devices.
Bluetooth operates at frequencies between 2402 and 2480 MHz, or 2400 and 2483.5 MHz including guard bands 2 MHz wide at the bottom end and 3.5 MHz wide at the top. This is in the globally unlicensed (but not unregulated) industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) 2.4 GHz short-range radio frequency band. As you can see, there are many things that can effect blue tooth radio's. If there is a communications tower near you, that could also be causing your problem but unfortunately, there would be very little you could do to remedy this.

Hi,
I have just bought
Start on the Mac side by checking your sound input preferences. Do this by selecting under the apple pull down menu: System Preferences. Then get to the screen where you see all preferences icon's shown and select Sound. Once in the Sound preferences, select Input. Where is says "Select a device for sound input:" It is probably set to USB audio device since that worked for you. Look for Bluetooth Audio Device or similar name for your headset and select it. Speak into the h760 and adjust the input volume, you should see the input level go up when you speak. If not, your H760 bluetooth device is not properly paired. If your device does not show up, back up to the System Preferences page and select Bluetooth and follow instructions there. If that all is working but does not work in Parallels, inspect Parallels for Sound Input options and try to find your bluetooth device. Also check Windows sound input control panel to see that bluetooth is selected.
Hope this helps.

I plugged in my usb-comected
Unplug the headset. I found in computers the computer knows when you plug it in and when you remove it. I do this a lot with a USB sound card. It's like plugging into the sound card and pulling the plug out, but with USB connection instead.
Headset mic won't work.
What have you done to try to fix it I need to know so I can help you fix it and Mabry you need new headsets

I bought a logitech headset
There should be a small switch on the cord that is used to mute the mic. If there is, try flipping it.

Hi, I am having Windows 8 laptop, 1st time I
I set the headset to be the default audio device for the computer. I can use Skype fine and can hear iHeart Radio. However, I can't hear my Camtasia recording and don't even know if the microphone is working with it. I also can't hear the Camtasia tutorials or videos on YouTube.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm using the trial version and want to make sure I can use the program before I buy it. by Video Recording Mobiles

Please specify. What did the cat chew the wire to?
Hi, I purchased two units of logitech cordless
Your friend should be able to use the headset if your friend's computer has Bluetooth feature. THe computer will send and receive the Bluetooth signals with one transmitter/receiver like your computer does and then connect to the wireless lan with a different transmitter/receiver system on a different frequency. Just make sure your friend's computer has Bluetooth feature turned on and then setup the headset by the "pairing" process.
