How do i find a manual or the secret menu?
I don't think a monitor setting is causing Windows to not appear.
Here's some tricks I would try...
1. Verify the monitor's power cord is plugged firmly into the wall outlet and the back of the monitor.
2. Verify the monitor cable is firmly connected to the computer and the monitor.
3. Verify that you have turned the monitor power switch on.
4. If the power light on the monitor is not on, test the wall outlet (plug in a light or something you know works).
5. If the power light on the monitor is not on, try a different power cord.
6. If the power light is on and yellow or orange or flashing, but nothing displays, or the display is incorrect, borrow a monitor from a friend. If that works, your monitor probably needs replaced.
7. Also, you could try your display on a friend's computer. If it doesn't work, your monitor probably needs replaced. If it works properly on your friends computer, the problem may be with your computers video output port, motherboard video chip (or video card, if you have one), or drivers.
Good luck.
Likom lcd autonatic shutdown
Sounds like a hardware issue. Make sure your settings on your computer are not causing it.
If its not your settings then it is a hardware issue with the monitor which sadly means you will have to send it to the manufacture or someone who does hardware repair.
I need to know if
No, that is the native resolution of your LCD Monitor, it can not display a higher resolution.
USB nightmare, okay frustratingly even
You should first ensure that the"fly lead" is connected between the monitor and the computer otherwise you wont see anything at all.
Not all monitors have USB ports and the implementation is not always the best.
I would start by formatting a usb drive and ensure it is formatted to FAT or FAT 32 (most offer that in the drop down format menu) do the format on a known computer not monitor.
Once done plug that into the monitor to see if it shows.
If not come back and give any additional information to this post.
Again check you have the fly lead in first.

THERE IS SOME FINGER PR INTS IN OUR LCD MONITOR
The best way is to buy a special microfibre cleaning cloth for LCD monitors. Very often the same cloths are used to clean sunglasses so you may already have one of those. Do not use any cleaning liquid. Rub the screen very GENTLY with the cloth until the prints are gone. You can rub fast but remember not to press too hard or you can damage your monitor.

It was stupid, the volume on the monitor had been turned all the way down. I checked to make sure it wasn't muted but never checked the volume level. Thanks anyway.

PC Monitor producing hi-pitch sound
.......Does the sound disappear when you turn off the monitor?
If so then it's the monitor, (hardware problem), not something you can solve by changing the tower around.
If it's under warranty, call tech support and have their input or take it back to the store.
If it's old in the least a repair could easily be just as much as a new or used CRT.
If you cannot afford a new one. There are plenty of people unloading there CRTs while they are upgrading to LCD and there is not a big market for used ones.
Likom Futura LDF770
There may wrong setting of refresh rate. Most monitors work at 60 to 70 Hz refresh rate. Above that they tunned blank screen or out 0f range message displayed. Also check the output video signal. Please confirm technical specifications from the documentatation of the monitor.
Monitor won't turn on
Sounds like the internal power supply is bad. The clicking as a relay in the power supply.
Try the monitor on another computer first and see if it works.
