Click on the above link for the service manual to your washer...based on your information however, my first thought is you have a damaged main control board. Since power is getting to the unit(hence the beep), and nothing on the user panel is illuminated, that tells me the main board quite possibly is the culprit--
it also might include the user interface board(front panel board). We techs call that a cascading failure--one component takes out another and so on...Big question, have you, to your knowledge, had a power outage(where the clocks were blinking) or a brownout(where the lights all dimmed or flickered) in the last 4-6 weeks?
NORMALLY, the power going off doesn't cause damage to the circuit boards HOWEVER, when the power comes back on, there is a massive inrush of current that can over-volt the electronics in home appliances(and many other things, too). The chips on the boards that were damaged from the outage start to fail and strange things will start to happen(or not happen) to the affected appliances. I hope I helped you!
