This is a possible pick tire issue. Try to reverse the tires, turning it inside out. Fan the paper and adjust the tray guide. If that doesn't help, printer will probably require service. I suggest you contact Lexmark technical support or your authorized service provider. Thanks.

935.10 error usually means dirty lens only. clean the lens with lint free cloth. do not use compressed air as it will force toner into the printhead assembly.

re-seat all connections from printhead to controller card and all connections at the printhead as well this is a "hard" failure of the printhead . it is slightly possible it could be a bad connection . but it is probably the printhead itself which is bad ...

Have you recently tried adding to or replacing the internal rem modules? If not they could have developed a fault. Try removing the and rebooting the printer see if that resolves the issue. I have also see this happen with a faulty daughter board which the ram plugs in to on a hp printer

Remove toner WASTE RECEPTACLE and GENTLY remove toners and DRUMS. check residuous acumulated over the transfer belt (do not touch or use chemicals on FUSER OR TRANSFER BELT .ALSO CHECK IF THERE IS TONER RESIDUOUS IN THE TRAY OR PAPER PATH. IF USING AIR CAN; COVER THE LASER UNIT (OF EACH COLOR) TO AVOID ACUMULATE IT AT THE LASER COMPARTMENT.

The e120 has a second supply part, called a photoconductor kit. It sounds like the one in your device is worn out. Go to Lexmark.com, enter the name of your printer in the supply finder, and look for a photoconductor. It installs as in the same area of the printer as does the toner cartridge. Order, replace, and it should solve your problem.

go into control panel or where ever you go and open printers and hardware. choose the printer, in the menu left topside. click on file or edit one of the choices has the cancel all documents. at least this is the only way I've been able to. good luck

A lot of the ink jet printers have a copper color strap on the ink cartridge this contains the heads. If you are refilling the cartridges or have let the printer sit for a long time the heads can get built up dry ink stuck in them. Try taking the cartridge out and physically cleaning it using rubbing alcohol. If this does not work try replacing the cartridge.

The E232 cartridge uses a chip to set the page count on the printer. To reset this you need to replace the chip on the cartridge. Your friendly cartridge remanufacturer has access to the chip. They can source one for you.
