Need to replace the tile in front of the fireplace

More than likely, you will need a grout saw to remove the grout are the individual tiles you need to replace. the using a flat bar, carefully try to pry the tile up to see if it will simply pop out. I would set a towet or padded object on the edge of adjacent tile to prevent chipping those tiles. If the tile pops out, you will need to scrap out all remaining mortar to create a smooth surface again so when you replace the tile, it will be level with the surrounding tile.
If a large area of tile needs to be replaced, there are automatic scraper machines that can be rented at some Home Depot stores or may be available for rent at carpet retailers that sell tile.
The main point to remember is that all mortar, tile pieces, and grout are removed and the surface is smooth and clean. Even the smallest chip of tile can cause future cracks if the tile is unlevel when pressure is applied.
Hope this is the type of information you were requesting and that it helps.

How can i fix adobe illustrator damaged file?

Hello. One thing to try is to create a new document and see how much, if anything, can be rescued if you try to File>Place the damaged one. Or its better solution to use Illustrator Fix Toolbox. See more: http://www.illustrator.fixtoolbox.com/

Sir, we are using machine mounted MIG welding

Ensure that you are using the correct contact tip in the welding gun, if the tip is too short; the cup will fill with splatter and submit excess heat to the cup.

Also, make sure if you are using a name brand gun 'miller, lincoln etc' to use THEIR contact tips, the miller guns use a special tip 'the threads on the tip are mashed into the gun ensuring maximum contact for high amperage welding' if the wrong tip is used, it will overheat and jam the wire.

Another thing to remember is to check the amperage rating on the actual gun itself; you may have a 150 amp maximum gun on a 300 amp welding unit.

Good luck
