Lumix leica DMCTZ35. Warning message : "This memory card is write protected" What can i do to get rid of it ? I cannot use the camera.

I dont know what type of card you talking about.
For example SD cards have small lever and moving it allows going from write protecting mode to full access

puk code does not provided by the phone or manufacturer. it is provided by your sim network. eather you have your sim casing to find it there or just ask your sim network's operator. anyways you can just simply request another sim with the same number.
(just buy it.)

Leica v-Lux1. photos have blur

Firstly, why post the same query multiple times ? Secondly, what kind of blur ? Are they out of focus, do they suffer from camera shake or subject movement, is there detritus on your lens, filter or sensor ? If you can be somewhat more specific, we can try to help you.

I have hundreds of pictures in my Leica C that I have already copied to computer. It is too bothersome to delete pictures one by one from the camera. How can I format the memory card?

Press the [ ] button while viewing a picture Use Up/Down arrow to select [Delete Multi]/[Delete All], and then press [MENU/SET] • Items can also be selected by turning the control dial. • You can select [All Delete Except Favorite] in [Delete All] if there are pictures that have been set as [Favorite] • A confirmation screen is displayed. Select [Yes] with the cursor buttons and then press [MENU/SET]

There should be a format function in the settings of the camera. Alternately, you can insert the card into a laptop (or comp with card reader), and format that way as well. Properties-format.
