An RMA number would be provided to you by the customer service representative at Leapfrog Enterprises if you were sending back your LeapPad for repairs. RMA stands for Returned Merchandise Authorization.

Think of it this way if you had $50.00 and was going to purchase something for $700.00 you would owe $650.00 or another words be at a -650 Hope this helps -Jim D.

for leaster 2 -
turn off unit, take out cartridge.
hold the hint button, turn unit on.
press A button, touch the stylus on all the cross hairs that appear.
power unit off when done.
power back up.
(got these from the leapfrog site and it worked for me!)

Hold the hint button (question mark) when turning on the device. When the device turns on, do the stylus calibration and touch each of the crosshairs that shows up. After you are finished restart the leapster and you should be fine.

Call their Consumer Services at 1-800-701-5327. They will be able to help you order a new one.

We had a similar problem leapster turned on but would not let us chose a name for sign in. We held down the ? button when switching on then wen tthrough the stylus calibration and re-bootted. All started working again. Hope this helps

It could be one of several things, a system reset, a firmware update but it sounds like a screen cable has become disconnected or similar fault. Before doing anything, is it still under warranty, if so its best to go back to the vendor or leapfrog and request an exchange. turn it of and bacc on again :)

your server may be busy or you might try another server as a back up just incase you can't get thru on your regular onealso make sure you have your server up to date,cause some servers don't work well with old servers

Try taking it back to the store, or contacting leap frog for repair. Looks like in the US, the warranty is about 3 months, but in Canada or the UK it is longer.

13 divided by 5 is 2 with a remainder of 3, so the mixed number would be 2 3/15 which reduces to 2 1/5.

i am wondering the same thing if you have fixed it please let me know how.
