Picture rolling when I play DVDs
I used to have that same problem with my system. Fortunately for me, I still had the instruction booklets at the time so that helped me to figure it out. step 1: make sure there is no dvd in the dvd player before you start fixing the problem. Step 2: Press the "setup" button on the remote. Step 3: Once you have removed the dvd from the dvd player it should allow you to go to "preferences" in the setup menu. So do that. Step 4: Go to "TV TYPE" and make sure it's on NTSC. And then exit setup by pressing the setup button once again. And it should work. That's how it worked with my system at least. It seemed to switch the tv type by itself from NTSC to PAL which must be a flaw in the system. I thought I was the only one with that problem. Well, I hope that helped you at all. Have a good day.

I have connected the audio
AV1 & AV2 are the Video Inputs from your external devices such as DVD Player, Freeview etc.
I presume you have something connected to your TV and want to get this sound from your TV to output through your Koss.
Their should be a menu to activate the Optical Input but I can't find the manual to advise the correct menu.
I'll keep looking for a manual so if you can't find the menu let me know and I'll see what I can do to guide you in the right direction.
Koss KS3102 - Audio Problems
I think I have had the same problem. It seems like the system resets itself randomly. I think if you first turn it on in AV-1 or AV-2 mode, then hit the menu button on the remote, then scroll to ihe 'input'option, hit that then pick 'digital'. Do this for both AV-1&2. UI hope this fixes your problem!
Standby light on, but won't power on
.hi guys I have been using the DAV SB300 and all sudden the standby power light flashes any time I try to put it on, any help on how to fix it?
The sound on the device is too low!
Often it is to do with the kind of sound that is being outputted by the DVD player. If the sound for example is set to produce dolby 5.1 and you don't have a suitable decoder it will be very low.
Check the sound settings of both your DVD player and sound system.
