Have a Konka u 6 and every time I try to add text or numbers it adds numbers or text I don't want I can't send messages put in any phone numbers as it predicts everything

My konka u3 senior mobile does not make any incoming noises for when a text comes through , so have to keep checking my mobile, how do I fix this please , as not very tech savvy.
