sounds like its only receiving half the data. try these step... uninstall printer from your device... reinstall printer to device... if youre using a smartphone or tablet, switch to a pc... press and hold the cancel button on the printer... turn it off for 60 seconds then power it... run the nozzle cleaner function, then try again

How do I download my Kodak printer to my new chromebook
the beautiful thing about printer is that the software is preloaded in the hardware itself . simply meaning all you have to do is plug in your printer straight into the usb port of your computer. while the printer is on when that happens the computer will download the necessary driver to make sure the printer is functional!
then you will also see a pop up to download their software . in that software is your salvation, for there while be a step by step tutorial on how to successfully install your new printer.
Kodakcustomer service is great if you catch a hiccup just be sure to contact them and i believe they will walk you through the process.

Printer won't print
My printer will not print black ink. The color ink is very light. I replaced a new color cartlidge, cleaned the printheads and tried to callibrate, but the printer could not identify the callibration page from my scanner. Can you help me resolve my problem?

6202 error code means that the scanner motor failed
to solve this
-Open the printer access door of your printer
-Unplug power cable
-then after 30secs plug the power able back
-If the printer is already power-up the message printer access door will appear
-Close th printer access door
-try to scan or print
