When trying to thermal/radiant bake, convection fan at the rear does not stop turning after the preheat. Why doesn't this happen? Isn't it then convection baking?

Most wall ovens have a cooling fan that comes on when the oven has been on for some time. It is separate from the convection operation. It should shut off after the oven has been off for a time.

How to fix an F5 E1 error code on Kitchenaid oven model # KEBS107?

This is what I used on my Kitchenaid Superba maybe it will work on yours also. Hold the "oven light" then push the "CLEAN" button and then the "START" button. Wait until "Door Locked" shows on screen. Press "Cancel/Off" (Upper Oven) wait until "Door Locked" turns off. The oven F5 E1 is now fixed.
