KitchenAid Blender

The motor will probably be open circuit, take it back under guarantee and let them sort it out. If you mess around you will void your guarantee.

Kitchen aid blender won't turn and flashes lights

Motor open circuit most likely. Check the field coils for continuity if one is open it is possible a fuse in the field has failed. It is a job for someone with electrical knowledge.

Wont start

If it will not turn on when cold then you are likely looking at a new motor. If there is a resettable fuse reset it.

How can I fix the crank so it will raise the bowl?

You need to replace the plastic lift lever on the crank shaft hidden under the motor housing up inside the pedestal. Put it upside down on a towel and undo the 4 large philips head screws holding the pedestal to the bottom of the motor housing.

Lever it off with flat blade screwdriver, the aluminium coupling threads will shear off. Pick the thread bits out of the motor shaft and spin a new coupling on.

Blender teeth shattered

Coupling teeth??? Replace coupling, if the teeth on the blade part of the coupling are also damaged then you will need to replace the blade assy as well as that coupling only comes with the blades.

The control went crazy

Motor is probably open circuit, that is the main cause of the flashing lights. New motor OR replace the thermal fuse on one of the field windings if you are up to the task.

How to remove a stuck coupler

Stick a flat blade screwdriver underneath it and lever it off from a couple of sides. The threads will pull out of the coupling as they are weak aluminium. Pick the bits of thread out of the top of the motor shaft before fitting the new one. This is the Kitchen Aid recommended method not my dodgy cunning home made plan.

How to repair tefal 8143 dough mixer

You could try asking this in the Tefal part of this forum instead of the Kitchen Aid area as folks who know Tefal may not be browsing this area. You could also be a little more specific about exactly what the fault is that needs repairing.

Blender glass jar is leaking at base

It will either be the rubber gasket (it goes between the glass jar and the blade assy) or it could be a worn bearing/bush around the chopping blade shaft. Replace either the gasket or the blade assy.
