Step on brake pedal and be sure shifter is in P(ark). With left hand, rotate steering wheel back and forth while attempting to rotate key. The shift interlock is hung up.

Try to have your remote re-programmed. You must go the the car brand you have. All electronic can have malfunctions.
Also check if you have good enough batteries in your remotes. If new batteries does not help, re-program the controller.

I think, if you have ATF fluid in it and steering wheel is still hard, I would check first engine belt, may be it has been loosened and can't spin hydraulic compressor in a right speed. Some times the belt is squeaking.
After all If you still have the problem i'd replace the hydraulic compressor

there is either a compression ring or some screws on the fuel pump.
compression ring - use flathead screwdriver and hammer to lightly tap ring to unlock

There may not be a problem with your crankshaft sensor unless you cracked the housing or pinched the wire somehow. I think that your problem is with your timing. To check bring number one piston to top dead center on compression stroke and check to see if your valves over that cylinder are closed. I think you will find you timing belt is off maybe a little maybe a lot. Please let me know what happens. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

Did you erase the codes after you installed the new parts? You need to do this first as they do not disappear by themselves. If after you erase the codes with the new parts in, and the codes show up again, the parts might not be the issue.

Look under the hood and find the heater water valve in the heater hose. If it has one see if you can move the valve by hand. If it will not move that could be the problem.

sometimes the wire breaks off inside the shifter remove switch and check wires or take off the center consol and check wires if not broken inside tube but if the lights on dash flashes problem from tcm causes disengaging the overdrive and making it not functional you need a scanner to find the code or remove the battery cable for 15 mins to erase all codes and see if it works if not you need scanner
