It all depends on the exam questions that have been set out for this year.

Sometimes the questions are the same or similar but can often change, this is why A+ study guide is important to memorize just in case the questions change for the exam.

If it is shown in the Programs list:
Click Start
Select Control Panel
Click on Uninstall a program
Select Tuvaro
Click on Uninstall

If it is not visible there,
there will be two ways to do it:
Click on Run now and follow the instructions, remember to choose the Uninstall not Install option in the Fix it.
2. Go to Start
Click on Computer
Select the C disk you have OS on
Double Click on Program Files
Select the folder tuvaro is in
Delete it
Empty the Recycle bin
Go to %appdata% and see if it is there, if it is, then delete it too
Empty the Recycle bin

I hope this helped but if not = REPLY!

First, verify that you have the correct version of Microsoft Office. Microsoft Access was only included in the Professional version of Microsoft Office 2003.
Second, Microsoft Access is probably still on your computer, but you no longer have a shortcut to it. You can create one by following these instructions:
  1. Open a file browser by navigating to Start>Computer (Start>My Computer on XP)
  2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 11\
    (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office 11\ on x64 systems)
  3. In this folder is a file called MSACCESS.exe. This is Microsoft Access.
  4. Right-click on the file.
  5. Hover/click on the "Send To" option.
  6. Click on the "Desktop (Create Shortcut)" option.
  7. You now have a shortcut to Access on your desktop.
