KEF Fivetwo Series MODEL11 need schematic and 9 pin schematic

Same problem. Noone is willing to give the colour code for each pin for the 9 way D type. I have now sent out over 500 questions about this but it appears the wiring schematic must be some kind of top secret!!! My speakers are now going to the bin as it is also impossible to get any cables as spares...mine have been lost!

Kef htb2 subwoofer not working plug fuse ok sub fuse ok is there an internal fuse

If you have external fuse there will be none internally. Chances are you have blown the amp if power is confirmed to be getting into the unit and there is no sound.

What are the color connector labels

Red is positive, black is negative. Your receiver, or amp, will have similar color coded terminals. Just make sure you run a wire from the red terminal on your receiver to the red terminal on your speaker. Same thing for the black.

Hi Dear Support Team I just

Since even the KEF website has no manual for this model http://www.kef.com/us/support/download we're on our own.

In the picture of the rear panel look closely at the speaker posts and those silly link knobs for each one. Unless you're biwiring (BUY wiring) those minus contacts should be electrically connected to each other and the positives to each other. Most other speakers with this dubious capability have simply jumper bars in place to ensure continuity.

I'm thinking you either have a mis-set Link Knob or one of them has simply failed. With volume turned down to something medium try manipulating them to see if the HF driver wakes up.

You can prove that the HF driver works or not by attaching the speaker wire directly to it (top pair).

No matter what the result I would advise you to contact them and demand a manual be made public.
