This is normal.. the two different wiring harnesses are NOT the same!! Get the CORRECT ONE if you expect it to work!!

Have you tried removing the air filter element? If this does not help, take it to a PROFESSIONAL mechanic and have him clean, set, and synchronize the carbs!!

If you are not VERY mechanically inclined...and have the special tools required... .please take this to a professional!! it will be less expensive in the long run.!! It takes some special tools that only dealers have.

Have you checked or changed the oil??..sounds like the clutch seized.. usually low or no oil causes this.

Float height is the level of the floats inside the bowl of the carburetor , this height regulates the level of gas in the bowl, If the level is too high, you won't have enough gas in the bowl to achieve proper jetting (you MIGHT seize the motor), if the level is too low, gas will leak out of the over flow and overall jetting will be off, (this is measuring the float level with the carbs off the bike/atv.)

This is a simple operation. DIsconnect the battery before attempting this....its a really simple operation... if it seems complicated to you..?? PLEASE take it to a professional mechanic!!
