Sounds like there last on one of the units has worn out I'm afraid. Can you not try on a different burner as if that works then at least you'll know which unit is faulty.

Ok no monitor told at all, and nobody can guess what that is. and no 2 the same from 1979 to now vast models made. all have unique settings and features; and Optelec US Clearview 500 6017C CRT Low Vision Magnifier?????? is the JVC A CRT RELIC MONITOR OVER 22 YEARS OLD THE READ OF ANY MONITOR 99% HAVE LABLE ON THE REAR WITH MODELS STATED oK, NOW I GO TO CRUDE GENERIC ANSWERS. push OSD button then find reset and push that. end. my guess 22 year old PC?? non told. 22 year old monitor?/ and is VGA connected and if yes the OSD settings have horz and vertical positioning and centering and SIZE of raster. be easy to mess all that up as kids love to do for 40years. but newer PC with DVI , HDMI or DP connections vastly less to get wrong, due to smarter digital controls sorry no comment on Optelic, not sure how it works, and rare. more modern PCs have build in zoom features windows 10 and screens can be huge too and zoomed, even a TV set 55" +up works ok on a PCs, (not gaming but all else ok) also new PC can read the screen to you, text to speach just a few ideas there. good luck

A RARE 2004 JVC RELIC pc, AND ZERO FACTS FOUND ON TROPIC,HDD , THE ROUND BOTTOM HATCH IS DDR ONLY. well the manual for your PC may cover this. most do, for sure non JVC do , HP, Dell, Lenovo , real PCs have good manuals, cheap ones do not, let me read your manual to you,if possible at all lets to generic first ive done many brands but not JVC ever, remove all bottom hatches first. (small covers first ) bingo hdd. some PC the hdd caddy is side loaded, in tray and 2 screws held if not there all screws on the bottom removed now. this also frees up the keyboard on my HPs do know , that no 2 lap tops are the same, by year or models vast and evolve as fast as just 6 months. full stop I now google for you now. NO PC TOLD or OS No monitor told maker yes MODEL no, and 1979 to now made, vast. what does SKY mean? no sync means PC is dead or video card or GPU chip is dead. no PC told a monitor can be tested on a 2nd good pC to see if PC 1 is bad,or the monitor. easy as eating cherry pie, a test that cuts he problem in 1/.2 . other causes.

1. PC is dead.
2. cable not told bad (VGA? what)
3. cable pins bent on either end.
4. both ends plugged in wrong. to PC or mon.
5. monitor OSd set to wrong video port, making it dead.
6. if pC has PCI video card the monitor cable must go there.
7. the monitor is not dead it told you no_sync and means inputs dead.

shorted speaker wires it is. 99% of the time. not actual shorted speaker transducer cone coils.

well better is PC when you can master any thing you want what you have there is 2 custom JVC devices, one or the other are bad or the cables. most parts will be used so pig a poke sack roll dice good or bad. why do that at all,. get the PC to save videos. or get a better camcorder like camcorder HDD./ like pros use. but still made cheap for consumer canon VIXIA HF R800 https://www.digitalcameraworld.com/buying-guides/best-camcorder hdd versions or SD versions make sure the SD can also be use easy on a PC. the burn DVD with any PC made or DVD burner added and use free burn app, called Imgburn. free and safe. best is on PC so it has a future and if parts break super easy to fix. like any good desktop or Dell 3020MT with dvd burner and DVD-R is the bestmedia, try TDK?

OMG a real JVC PC? wow rare that. 2004 made relic. windows XP the VIRUS MAGNET FROM H3LL.. wow the last guy on earth with a dial up modem and wired to a OMG LAND LINE>? , but we do love the sound, from long ago. we do. wow, that is amazing, just like the movie WARGAMES and even my IMSAI computer;. I had the same. then, Us-Robotics modem.tool.. the drivers are only from JVC !them and only them.. you lost the CD from day 1 so, now want that, will good luck there. all else (drivers XP) on earth are fully infected with virus.. blame IRAN or Ruskies.. but they are.need 1000 examples of bad? can do. but why: JVC does not support this old PC, nobody does, on any 2004 PC now. but gee you could go there to your unstated countries JVC support site and ask JVC directly . nobody in uSA uses dial up . DSL yes. but not dial up.

buy the service manual from JVC otherwise it's pure guessing all that. (see my tests) you say that chip inside the PROJ, was changed? where? did the projector ever work before (your eyes only)/?????? history matters, for sure bought it dead does PROJ fail on 2nd good PC, that is test #1 why skip that? get hit by lightening? that be reason to replace chips , not guessing. what of last person flash upgraded the firmware and bricked it. well no history told so I know nothing here is PC mobo HDMI port or is untold PC have HDMI video card,(must be used only if here) or using vast lame HDMI adapters. is this uSA projector or EU? or what? is the lamp dead? oMG does the VGA in port work stated in the manual i just read. did you full y test the PCs HDMI port first using TV or PC with HDMI/?? seems that be wise. then try 2nd good PC to test any projector i can not watch you connect things wrong sure can not. im blind in a text box even post photos. of connections all. and help goes x100 more easy, no kidding. help the helper,

First make sure that the Source is set to TV and a good antenna/coaxial cable is connected to the TV. Use the Input button on the TV (to the left of the power button) or the Input Select button on the remote. Use the up/down arrow keys to navigate through the source list and press Enter to select that choice. (On the TV, the Input button is the Enter button.) Next press the Setup/TV Menu on the remote (or Menu on the right arrow button or Enter. Then go down to Auto Ch Memory and press the right arrow or Enter. With the up/down arrows, navigate to Signal Type and set that to Air (for OTA channels) or Cable with the left/right arrows. Now navigate to Automatic Search and press the right arrow or Enter.
