Why is only one speaker working?
You can have different problems.
1. one of the wire from 3 or 4 is broken
2. one of the wire is broken in the 3.5 mm jack
3. one or two of the wire is broken in the mute speaker.
4. The speaker itself is broken.
How to change the jack with new one??
Cut down the old jack.
Remove the cup from the new jack and pull up to the on the cable.
Clean up the wire about 1 cm long. There should be 1 common ground, one for Left and one for right channel.
Solder the Left channel's wire to the inner point.
Solder the Right channel to the middle point .
If you have two independent ground just spin together and solder them to the end point of the jack.
With plier press together the jack end, thi swill hold the wire
Pull down and twist the cap.

Slide the balance control in your mixer all the way to one side to see which is which.
