I have seen the threaded terminals on batteries where the threads do not go all the way down the terminals far enough to actually provide enough threads to tighten down wires!...whew..
Make sure the charger wires terminals are actually crimped on the wire and not the insulation..seen that too.

I don't know if this will be helpful, but I would check the compression and see if the rings are holding compression. If they are, that would indicate the cylinder should be drawing air in through the carb. If there is poor compression in the cylinder in question, that could mean that cylinder is not drawing in the air through the carb.

See this. At about 4 minutes, he shows where the bypass screw is located. The fuse could be an inline one and is probably located by the control switch for the tilt unit, but it may be located somewhere else, depends on who wired it up.

ok so you have removed the propeller from the leg so now you need to get a spanner to fit the nut then turn the engine clockwise to undo the pinion gear

Hi ,check the needle and seat in the carburator it may not be not be cutting off the fuel when the carb is full as this can cause flooding into the throat of carb

You need to take off the carborator clean take apart clean with carb cleaner and put it back together good to go make sure the fuel line has no hole

Normally they go to the console wiring harness. The tank has a low oil sensor in it . Has the system been by bypassed? When it is ,you have to add oil to to gas .
