Good luck Scott Jones... I've been looking for some specifics on Jacuzzi (seacrest) faucets... for a couple of years... Since before Jacuzzi moved out of the EAST-BAY area (here) they had pretty good stuff. I have their "washerless" ceramic faucets.. Through trial & error I've been able to keep these working... No thanks to the so called "Jacuzzi" (moved out of CALIFORNIA). Not only were they not helpful when I told them I didn't want their NEW STUFF... I only wanted to service what I've had for 30 years (controls sound like what you have) Try calling these folks... At least they know what JACUZZI used to mean...
