Insignia flex tablet will not turn on
Make sure the battery is fully charged and left plugged in while you try to turn on the tablet.
Hold down the power button (it takes a long press) until you see the INSIGNIA logo on the screen.
If it takes longer than 10 seconds and the unit hasn't turned on, the unit is not functioning properly.
If you have the protection plan, I would recomend you return it to Best Buy for a new one.
Broken screen
There is no replacement screen commercially available.
Recomend returning the unit to Best Buy for a different unit if you purchased the protection plan.
Need to clean cookie
Look into an app on the Google Play Store to help you with cache and cookie cleaning.
How to reset insignia flex 10.1
Basic reset or complete "back to original out of box"?
Basic resets are by either inserting a straightened paper clip into the reset hole on the side of the unit, or by pressing the volume up or volume down button AND the power button.
Back to out fo box is going into settings - backup & reset, and choosing factory data reset. This will wipe out your account, data, apps, everything...just like you took it out of the box the day you got it.
Need to hard reset insignia flex
There are two options for resetting the Insignia FLEX:
1) Insert a straightened paperclip into the reset hole on the side of the unit.
2) Hold down the volume up or down key while pressing the POWER button.
Forgotten password
Take the unit to the Geek Squad bench. They have the ability to assist in this matter.
