It should be on the hub or on a removeable plate

Do a factory reset.

If you press and hold on the screen or touch the settings icon on the right side you should see a settings menu come up. There may be a sub-menu for camera settings you will need to enter, but the rotate icon should be there.

Make sure the battery is fully charged and left plugged in while you try to turn on the tablet. Hold down the power button (it takes a long press) until you see the INSIGNIA logo on the screen. If it takes longer than 10 seconds and the unit hasn't turned on, the unit is not functioning properly. If you have the protection plan, I would recomend you return it to Best Buy for a new one.

There is no replacement screen commercially available. Recomend returning the unit to Best Buy for a different unit if you purchased the protection plan.

Look into an app on the Google Play Store to help you with cache and cookie cleaning.

No internal app is present for cleaning cookies or cache data. I would recomend looking into a cleaner app from the Google Play Store to help you solve this issue.

Basic reset or complete "back to original out of box"? Basic resets are by either inserting a straightened paper clip into the reset hole on the side of the unit, or by pressing the volume up or volume down button AND the power button. Back to out fo box is going into settings - backup & reset, and choosing factory data reset. This will wipe out your account, data, apps, everything...just like you took it out of the box the day you got it.

There are two options for resetting the Insignia FLEX: 1) Insert a straightened paperclip into the reset hole on the side of the unit. 2) Hold down the volume up or down key while pressing the POWER button.

Take the unit to the Geek Squad bench. They have the ability to assist in this matter.

This unit does not have a screen calibration app. Recomend returning the unit to exchange for another.

If you enter the correct pass code for that "site" What you call a site is a wifi router or hotspot. When you own one and did set it up, you should look in the manual, what code you gave it.

Check that your clock shows the correct time and that your time zone is shown correctly for your location.

Is it pluged into a USB socket, or a wall outlet? Most tablets draw too much power for usb sockets so they will not charge, only connect for data.
